Maybe people still treat you like a child, even though you're almost an adult.
I see you. I hear you. Pull up a chair and let's talk! Through our work together, you can start to feel better. I can help you learn new skills to feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body. I can show you how to survive strong emotions without doing something dangerous or damaging your relationships. I can even teach you how to get through a panic attack and how to stop those pesky racing thoughts! I work with teenagers who are struggling with anxiety, intense emotions, and figuring out how to grow up in a world that doesn't always pay attention.
