The building is located on the corner of N 40th Street and Stone Way N. The entrance to Suite 230 is on the side of the building off N Lucas Place. Please message me for the door code. 

Parking

There is a lot in the back of the building with entrances on N 40th Street and N Lucas Place. You may park in any Visitor spot. There is also free 2-hour street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. 

Accessibility 

The wheelchair accessible entrance is located off the parking lot in the back of the building. Please text upon arrival and I will meet you at the door. 

Restrooms 

There is an all-gender, wheelchair accessible restroom available at the end of the hall outside the office suite.

Monday through Thursday, 11am - 6:30pm (last appointments at 5:30pm)
