Precautions for In-Person Sessions

Ventilation/Air Quality:

• Portable HEPA air filters are running in each section of the office suite

• Building is equipped with HVAC

• Therapy room door is opened to the outside between sessions, which are scheduled at least 30 minutes apart

• Aranet CO2 readings are typically under 700ppm during sessions and around 500ppm between sessions

Masking:

• I will happily wear a KN95 or N95 mask in session when client is masked and/or upon request

• Masks are not required for clients but strongly preferred

• Only one client/family will be present in the office suite at a time

To prevent the spread of illness:

• Clients are required to cancel or switch to telehealth if they are experiencing any signs of illness, even if testing negative for Covid-19

• Clients are requested to inform provider if they become ill within 2 days after an in-person session, and I will do the same should I become ill

Provider precautions:

• I take Covid-19 tests 2-4 times a month using a Metrix molecular test (PCR equivalent) and will inform clients if I test positive

• I stay up-to-date on Covid-19 and flu vaccinations  (most recent Covid vaccination: 9/24)

• I wear a KN95 mask in most public indoor spaces

• I avoid large indoor crowds whenever possible
