Portable HEPA air filters are running in each section of the office suite
Building is equipped with HVAC
Sessions are scheduled at least 30 minutes apart to air out the room between clients
Aranet CO2 readings are typically under 750ppm during sessions and around 500ppm between sessions
I will happily wear a KN95 or N95 mask in session when client is masked and/or upon request
Masks are not required for clients but strongly preferred
Only one client/family will be present in the office suite at a time
Clients are required to cancel or switch to telehealth if they are experiencing any signs of illness, even if testing negative for Covid-19
Clients are requested to inform provider if they become ill within 2 days after an in-person session, and I will do the same should I become ill
I take Covid-19 tests 2-3 times a month using a Metrix molecular test (PCR equivalent) and will inform clients if I test positive
I stay up-to-date on Covid-19 and flu vaccinations (most recent Covid vaccination: September 2026)
I wear a KN95 or N95 when I'm traveling, in healthcare settings, and indoors in crowded areas
