- Intake: The process starts off with a 30-minute intake with the parents. Parents may also be asked to fill out some brief questionnaires. This is to make sure I have a clear understanding of the school's requirements and needs of your child.
- Testing: Cognitive (IQ) testing consists of one appointment, about two hours long. This can be in person (with masks) or over video.
- Results: I offer a free 30-minute follow-up video meeting to go over the results and next steps. You will also receive a report with the results.

I am out of network with all insurance companies. This means you pay me directly for evalations. I choose not to work with insurance companies so that you are able to get quality services without a third party influencing the process, such as only reimbursing certain tests and diagnoses. You may be able to get reimbursed for part of the cost on your own by submitting an invoice, or "superbill." It is recommended that you check with your insurance company about this before scheduling testing.
