Covid-19
Precautions for In-Person Sessions
Updated April 2024Ventilation/Air Quality:
Portable HEPA air filters are running in each section of the office suite
Building is equipped with HVAC
Therapy room door is opened to the outside between sessions, which are scheduled at least 30 minutes apart
Aranet CO2 readings are typically 550-700 ppm during sessions and 400-500 ppm between sessions
Masking:
I will happily wear a KN95 or N95 mask in session when client is masked and/or upon request
Masks are not required for clients but strongly preferred
Only one client/family will be present in the office suite at a time
To prevent the spread of illness:
Clients are required to cancel or switch to telehealth if they are experiencing any signs of illness, even if testing negative for Covid-19
Clients are requested to inform provider if they become ill within 2 days after an in-person session, and I will do the same should I become ill
Provider precautions:
I take Covid-19 tests once a week using a Cue Health molecular test (PCR equivalent) and will inform clients if I test positive
I stay up-to-date on Covid-19 and flu vaccinations (most recent Covid vaccination: 9/23)
I wear a KN95 mask in most public indoor spaces
I avoid large indoor crowds whenever possible
